Registration
Attendees must register by filling out one Online Registration form per person. Please, introduce the attendee’s name, surname, company or institution, city, and country as wished to appear on the conference badge.
They will receive a reservation confirmation; if you do not receive it, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Secretariat at icfpm2025@grupobinomio.com.ar
Invoices
Printed invoices for your payment will be available at the registration desk on the first day of the event. If you require it in advance, you may request it by emailing icfpm2025@grupobinomio.com.ar
The invoice will be issued using the billing details provided on the registration form, so please provide the correct information (company name, address and VAT/tax identification number, if applicable).
Payments
The payments have to be made in US Dollars. Only argentine participants can pay in ARG pesos in official change rate.
The following payment methods will be available:
Pay Pal: you will be redirected to the secure site. It is very important to clarify the email address of the account used to make the payment.
Bank Transfer: Bank fees must be paid by the participant. You must send proof of payment to icfpm2025@grupobinomio.com.ar to confirm your registration within 10 days of the payment.
Payment on-site: only Cash (USD) will be accepted.
Access the Centro Atómico
To access the Centro Atómico Bariloche (Bariloche Atomic Center) area where the conference will be held, it is necessary to obtain the corresponding permits. We will need a copy of your passport (or DNI in the case of Argentines) which you must upload to the website at the time of registration.
Notification of Cancellation must be sent by email to the Organizing Secretariat (icfpm2025@grupobinomio.com.ar). Cancellations will be accepted until August 17th, 2025, with refund of all paid fees, except for a 30% administrative charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
